Artist’s Context – Tapestry: In the darkness there is light
I did a resilience course with Mariana del Castillo, producing this tapestry of
a Koi fish swimming in the dark. It made me think that life is not always bad,
because even in the dark there is life and beauty.

These photographs were captured on a trip to Singapore with my partner Zoe. They made me feel that there is a bright future for everyone, but sometimes you just need to make that future for yourself.
